Parent access
- Set up or confirm your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) through the district's official instructions. Your school's parent coordinator can help link your child and correct parent or guardian information.
- Download the NYC School Bus App using the district page, or open its official web version. Sign in with your NYCSA credentials.
- If access is missing, contact your school to check the account linkage. Tracking may be unavailable if the bus driver has not signed in.
